The problem was that the colonists were trying to take away a land which belonged to another people. Some native americans were able to let them go and enable them to live in peace where they chose, other native americans decided they would opt for the more harmful choice.
<span>This document provided a framework for the transition from colony to state. Soon after Georgia accepted the Declaration of Independence, its first state constitutional convention was organized. </span>
The U.S and Japan are not in a war, but not at peace either. Japan is damaging the ocean bye whaling (killing whales, no other country in the world does it) over-fishing with mass nets that go for miles, and polluting. The U.S is irritated by this along with several other countries, but have not launched serious ways to stop them as of now.
B. unrestricted submarine warfare and the zimmerman telegraph
The Zimmermann Note, or telegram, was sent by German Foreign Minister Arthur Zimmermann. He sent it to his ambassador in Mexico and the goal was to get Mexico to become an ally of Germany. It said that Germany would, after it won the war, give the Southwestern US back to Mexico. The United States entered the war because of the Germans' decision to resume the policy of unrestricted submarine warfare, and the so-called "Zimmerman telegram."
