The Poor Clares, officially the Order of Saint Clare, (Latin: Ordo sanctae Clarae) – originally referred to as the Order of Poor Ladies, and later the Clarisses, the Minoresses, the Franciscan Clarist Order, and the Second Order of Saint Francis – are members of a contemplative Order of nuns in the Catholic Church. The Poor Clares were the second Franciscan Order to be established. Founded by Saints Clare of Assisi and Francis of Assisi on Palm Sunday in the year 1212, they were organized after the Order of Friars Minor (the first Order), and before the Third Order of Saint Francis. As of 2011 there were over 20,000 Poor Clare nuns in over 75 countries throughout the world. They follow several different observances and are organized into federations.[1]

The Poor Clares follow the Rule of St. Clare, which was approved by Pope Innocent IV the day before Clare's death in 1253. The main branch of the Order (O.S.C.) follows the observance of Pope Urban. Other branches established since that time, who operate under their own unique Constitutions, are the Colettine Poor Clares (P.C.C.) (founded 1410), the Capuchin Poor Clares (O.S.C. Cap) (founded 1538) and the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration (P.C.P.A.) (founded 1854)

Explanation:Thomas Jefferson often argued vehemently for the freedom of belief as a freedom all individuals should enjoy. If judges were to make rulings about the beliefs of others, that would be a confusing of religious and civil spheres. Jefferson drafted a bill regarding freedom of religious belief in 1777 ... and his views ultimately were enacted into law in 1786. In his Statute of Religious Freedom, Jefferson wrote:

"Our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions, any more than our opinions in physics or geometry. ... To allow the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion, and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency, is a dangerous fallacy, which at once destroys all religious liberty, because he being of course judge of the tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment; and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own."

If artists has the express need to be creative on a project that is entirely new and uniquely developed without any imitation or copying, they ought to be sure that it is not just anything but a project that the audience can fully come into terms with.

Works as in the given case of Andy Warhol's "Thirty Are Better Than One", is making out an impression on creativity and of esteem value as its aim is to produce a photocopy of the Mona Lisa, which was originally created and formed by da Vinci as it speaks of the area of consumerism "more is better".
