The right answer is D) electron microscope.

If we look for the best in the direction of the performance it is the electron microscope.

Both microscopes have their advantages, but electron microscopy is more efficient then the one that is used most routinely is optical microscopy for its accessibility.

- Optical (photonic) microscopes allow the observation of dead or living cells. The most common microscope uses visible light. It is less expensive to exploit, and allows viewing a whole microorganism.

- Electron microscopes use beams of electrons that move along a wave (like light). When the electron flow is accelerated, the wavelength decreases and the resolution increases. There are two types: The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the transmission electron microscope (TEM). It is more expensive but allows to see all the details of the cell.

Explain why so many substances are soluble in water.
Sidana [21]

Explanation:

Water is called the "universal solvent" because it is capable of dissolving more substances than any other liquid .It is water's chemical composition and physical attributes that make it such an excellent solvent. Water molecules have a polar arrangement of oxygen and hydrogen atoms—one side (hydrogen) has a positive electrical charge and the other side (oxygen) had a negative charge. This allows the water molecule to become attracted to many other different types of molecules. Water can become so heavily attracted to a different compound, like salt (NaCl), that it can disrupt the attractive forces that hold the sodium and chloride in the salt compound together and, thus, dissolve it.
