h = vt + 1/2 g t^2 

v is initial vertical speed 
g is acceleration due to gravity 

h = 15.0 m/s (2.00 s) + 1/2 (9.80 m/s^2 )(4 s^2) 
h = 30.0 m + 19.6 m 
h = 49.6 m 

The bridge is 49.6 m above the water.
