The main objective of Nicholas II’s foreign policy during his early reign was to maintain the status quo in Europe, rather than to conquer new territory. Nicholas II was the last tsar of Russia under Romanov rule. His poor handling of Bloody Sunday and Russia’s role in World War I led to his abdication and execution.

FDR.  First began with a Bank Holiday.  Moving on to a alphabet programs, like CCC.  This helped Americans get back on their feet.  Later FDR uses Fireside chats, and uses the Radio to communicate to Americans.  He has Americans feel that everbody is in this struggle together.

That it led to more free time and that it sparked their creativity to invent stuff, such as fire or the wheel. Domesticating animals led them to a whole new civilization, it gave them surplus amounts of food. That made the civilization thrive with people. Agriculture was a major factor.
