3. Both Confucianism and Buddhism have had enormous influence outside the regions where they began. Explain how their influence was intentionally spread, and what role trade and technology had in the spread of their influence.

Well they could be spread through cultural diffusion. Trade brought different groups of people together causing the cultural diffusion and the advances in technology caused trade. Hope I helped :)
