Gabe worked 65, Abe worked 62 and Babe worked 69.

Let Gabe = x

Therefore, Abe worked: x-3 and Babe worked x+4

So,

x+(x-3)+(x+4)=196

3*x+1=196

3*x=195

x=65

Then,

x-3= 62

x+4=69
