  1. The sentences regarding what was done "last week" are found with its conjugated verb in the preterite tense.  
  2. Sentences about what you are doing at the moment contain a verb conjugated in present progressive.  
  3. Sentences regarding feelings of being in a new country are in the present tense indicative.

Taking into account the above, it was verified that each verb conjugation was in accordance with the meaning of the sentence, in order to meet all the established parameters.
