All you have to do is substitute the values of x.

h(0) = |-3(0) + 5|

h(0) = |5|

h(0) = 5

The answer for h(0) is 5.

h(5) = |-3(5) +5|

h(5) = |-15 + 5|

h(5) = |-10|

h(5) = 10

The answer to h(5) is 10.
