Explanation:

The 5th amendment guarantees due process to the people of the country and also stands against the self indictment of the people, a law that they seem to think is violated by the green politics and the way that economics would be halted in certain avoidable ways when there are economic regulations.

They fail to see that self indictment would not be an issue as the pollution that they are spreading in itself is harmful enough to make that argument null and void.

From my knowledge, I know that the US Government believed Japanese Americans on the West Coast would provide a strategic advantage for country of Japan as it was their closest border to Japan. They could possibly be spies or seek out ways to help their home country they most likely had their allegiance to.
