Which planet rains in diamonds?what is the reason?

I believe the planets are saturn and jupiter. Lightning storms turn methane into soot which hardens into chunks of graphite and then diamond as it falls.

In rain storms methane gases into carbon, as it falls it turns into pieces of graphite and then into diamonds.
