Please list some cardio, warm up routines and stretches in chronological order for my dance routine. And if you can please pick a song to go with it if not it’s ok ;)

I’m a ballet dancer but I’ll try my best! Granjetes r really fun they’re split jumps in the air... pirouettes r great too u can do them at the ankle or in a heel stretch! I have a lot of songs but I like “everybody talks” and “cheap thrills” because they’re so upbeat pls tell me if this helped and would like more help! Have a good day!!!
