WHY do you think a person who wasn’t a patriot or a loyalist was sometimes called a fence sitter
NikAS [45]
I would imagine that this analogy stemmed from the fact that a fence normally serves as a border between two territories. With the patriots being one territory, and the loyalists being the other, one who wouldn't claim either would be left sitting on the metaphoric fence.

The conflict style where one has a low concern for him/herself and a high concern for others is called
steposvetlana [31]
This style is called accommodating. It happens when the person does not think about his or herself and would rather care or serve other people instead. It is like the person would rather fulfill the wishes of the person around him or her than to even fulfill his or her own. It is a way of not caring to one's self and only to others.
