The similarity between Anne Frank and Leon Leyson is they both experienced the Holocaust event at such a young age and they both became the victims of that event. There is a difference between Anne Frank and Leon Leyson that is a chance to live their life after the Holocaust event. Leon Leyson had the chance to live his life after the Holocaust because of Oskar Schindler's help.
