Which of the following actions did abolitionists take to end slavery? Check any of the boxes that apply. 1.They kidnapped enslav
laila [671]

Answer:

2. They published newspapers to spread the antislavery message.

Explanation:

Among the Quakers, as a reflection of what would later happen in the general sphere, there was an obvious struggle between greed and intense humanism regarding this issue, eventually defeating the latter. George Keith and his followers clearly stated the immorality of slavery. In this sense, it was published in 1673, An Exhortation and Caution To Friends Concerning Buying or Selling of Negroes. It can be considered the first text against slavery in North America. A few years later, in 1688 a group of German Quakers and Mennonites, gathered in Germantown, made public their opposition to human trafficking.

The effort was redoubled in the 18th century. It was a constant work and, for a long time, fruitless because no legislative changes were achieved in the Thirteen Colonies, but that was forming a new mentality that ended up bearing fruit when independence took place. In the middle of the century the figure of the preacher John Woolman stood out. In the Religious Society of Friends in the seventies, Anthony Benezet and Benjamin Rush were meant for their fight against slavery. The first is a key character because with his works he influenced British abolitionists and also in France prior to the Revolution. We are talking about Some Historical Accounts of Guinea, and Short Account of That Part of Africa Inhabited by Negroes. Benezet founded the first anti-Slavery society that would later become the Pennsylvania Abolition Society, in addition to the Black School in Pennsylvania.

What does Aryan race have to do with fascism?
Gwar [14]

Answer:

Aryanism is an ideology of racial supremacy which views the supposed Aryan race as a distinct and superior racial group which is entitled to rule the rest of humanity. Initially promoted by racist theorists such as Arthur de Gobineau and Houston Stewart Chamberlain, Aryanism reached its peak of influence in Nazi Germany. In the 1930s and 40s, the regime applied the ideology with full force, sparking World War II with the 1939 invasion of Poland in pursuit of Lebensraum, or living space, for the Aryan people. The racial policies which were implemented by the Nazis during the 1930s came to a head during their conquest of Europe and the Soviet Union, culminating in the industrial mass murder of six million Jews and eleven million other victims in what is now known as the Holocaust.

What resulted from the Allied powers' discovery of the atrocities committed
Korvikt [17]

The correct answer is A) the Allied powers encouraged the formation of the State of Israel.

What resulted from the Allied powers' discovery of the atrocities committed against the Jewish population during the Holocaust was that the Allied powers encouraged the formation of the State of Israel.

When the Allied forces discovered the existence of the Nazi concentration camps during World War II, the troops were in shock to witness those atrocities. The Allied Forces immediately decided to free the Jewish people that were found in the camps. They started in Majdanek, in July 1944. The Soviets troops were the first to found the camp.

That is why at the end of the war, Great Britain with the support of the United States decided to grant the Jewish that was the state of Israel in the Palestine territories of the Middle East.
