A pause in the score of a concerto, preceding a cadenza, is indicated by a ______.
densk [106]
The appropriate response is fermata. Fermata is a sign which is in Italian name, which in English is ordinarily called a Pause, and means that the note over which it is put ought to be hung on past its characteristic length. It is some of the time put over a bar or twofold bar, in which case it suggests a short interim of hush.

Explanation:

Reason for being late?” they ask. "Because the kids wouldn’t get out of bed, they read books by the heater when they were meant to be getting dressed, took half an hour to eat their toast and then couldn’t find their shoes," is what I want to answer. “Just late,” I say, as brightly as possible.

Using the 7 Elements of Art, describe the painting below:
agasfer [191]

Answer:

answer is below hope this helps!

Explanation:

The texture of this panting is shown very well through the lines and shape of the lion and the person. you can really see the texture in the lions mane, you can see that the artist used a lighter shade of paint and made small strokes with the paintbrush making little lines as hair. The color of the sky and in the clothing is bright but dark at the same time because of the shadows and form of the panting. The space between the limbs of the lion and human ads more space and dimension to the painting making it more life like. The value of the painting is shown through the color and theme. I feel like the value of this is more emotion than it is money or cost.
