Answer:

Two rivals in a debate club argue about whether the goverment is taking the right actions on policies. They are here for a grand prize LOL of 1 0000000 dollars. 1st rival wold say are govermnets doing enough for the policies? 2nd rival says yes we are taking action on climate change and other things. !st rival what about this "Majorities of Americans say the federal government is doing too little to protect key aspects of the environment including water (69%) and air quality (64%). And two-thirds of Americans (67%) say the government is doing too little to reduce the effects of climate change. These findings come after a year of change in climate and energy regulatory policies under the Trump administration.

Majorities of U.S. adults say federal government is not doing enough to protect environment in these waysAt the same time, Americans are closely divided (52% to 48%) over whether or not it is possible to cut back on regulations while still effectively protecting air and water quality. There are wide political divides on this issue, with roughly three-quarters of Republicans (74%, including independents who lean Republican) convinced this is possible but 64% of Democrats (including Democratic-leaning independents) convinced it is not possible"

alina1380 [7]

Answer:

Accorthing to this text, the correct option is B: "Flailing and Screaming, Xavier disappeared(...)

In this sentence we find words like "flailing" and "screaming" that indicate that Xavier was afraid. This is written in an impicit way, because it doesn't say that he was afraid but rather that he was waving his hands and screaming; these actions suggest that he was asking for help, and that he was desperate and afraid, so the idea of fear is suggested but not explicitly said.
