How do governments use propaganda to shape people’s ideas about their country and the outside world?
Degger [83]
Propaganda is deliberately spread to convince people that the image that they are enforcing upon the people is real and further force people to believe in said idea. It also helps put a positive image outside of said country that all is well and thriving. It also helps with obeying the law and believing what said government tells its people to do or of what is happening.

Why was the United States
Butoxors [25]
The Civil War was a war that was fought to control the government of the North, the Unions, and the south, the Confederate. The confederate wanted to govern themselves in fear that the newly appointed president, Lincoln, would discontinue chattel slavery, so the south secede from The United States of America which formed the country apart. The aftermath changed the nation by making slavery illegal while also giving newly freed slaves some rights. The aftermath also created a stronger central government.

Hopes this helps.
