There are two possible reasons why Henry VIII wanted his marriage to Catherine of Aragon annulled.
1. Physicians stated that she could no longer give birth (so he wouldn't be able to have an heir)
2. He fell in love with Anne Boleyn and wanted to marry her.
I think because there wasn't no more space.!
