Answer: Well, to first make a hamburger, you need beef which comes from cows. Cows produce lots of methane before they are killed. This methane is far more catastrophic than carbon dioxide. This methane heats up the Earth's atmosphere contributing to global warming. Also, cattle need a ton of food, water, and land grazing area just to raise them.
