A GMO is a genetically modified organism, in simpler terms, it is an organism ( food) that scientists have genetically transformed to better meet the needs of our current society’s eating demands.

Mostly, GMOs are a negative thing. They contain a LOT of corn, which is unhealthy for the human and animal body. It removes a lot of the naturally good things about the food. It can be positive, because it means we are able to take strides in scientifically making our lives easier and better, and helping the food development, but it’s really unhealthy to the body. Hopefully people can take what we are doing now and change it to be better

nirvana33 [79]

The correct answer is B. The Port Harbor Bridge is a source of debate for the town of Port Harbor.

Explanation

Debate is a term that refers to a communication resource that focuses on the collation of different ideas or opinions on a certain topic. The objective of a debate is to present and argue an opinion on an issue to conclude. According to the above, the News Radio Program transcript presents the implicit message of a debate among the residents of Port Harbor, while some want to preserve the Port Harbor Bridge, others do not want to preserve it and each one presents their arguments as expressed in the next paragraph "Residents in the town of Port Harbor are divided over whether they should preserve the Port Harbor Bridge...Opponents argue that preserving the bridge will be too expensive." So, the correct answer is B. The Port Harbor Bridge is a source of debate for the town of Port Harbor.
