Even if he's making mistakes, it is best to allow him to continue so he won't get interrupted. It is also a sign of respect on his end. You can do the correction after he's done speaking. It would be best to take take note of his mistakes, then tell him about it after and also include ways on how he improve in the future. This is more of a <em>positive reinforcement.</em>
