Answer:

Clemenceau wanted the Treaty of Versailles to be harsh on Germany for four main reasons. ... France wanted compensation for this by punishing Germany harshly. Secondly, French people naturally hated German people. Especially after 1871 and the Franco-Prussian war when the Germans took Alsace-Lorraine from France.

In a few sentences, describe the living conditions of early immigrants to the United States.
Elden [556K]

The new life for immigrants in America was harsh. Most immigrants were poor and in order to support their family's they had to find a job and a living space quickly.  Since they needed to make money quickly factories would often offer them a job but pay them less than they would Americans. The immigrants took up the job offers since it was the only thing that would help them support their families.

I hope this helps!

Which natural event led to the decline of the Middle Kingdom?
soldi70 [24.7K]

Answer: A famine

Explanation:

The Middle Kingdom of ancient Egypt was a period between 2030 to 1650 B.C when Egypt regained stability after the chaos of the First Intermediate period. It saw great pharaohs such as Senusret III and Amenemhat III.

Towards the end of the reign of Pharaoh Amenemhat III, the river Nile saw its flood levels drop which the Egyptians were very reliant on. This created a famine where crop yields were dangerously low leading to the decline of the Middle Kingdom.

Conservadurismo.

Explanation:
