Answer:

Executive order is defined as an instruction given by the President of a country concerning the overall running of the county.

The pros of this order is that there is no streamlining or changes made on it by the congress. It contains the exact instruction to the letter of the president which enables him to achieve its exact purpose.

The cons is that the order can easily be reversed by a new leader because the previous order was not backed by law due to it not going through the congress.
