Answer:

Theodore Roosevelt mourns the death of his son in WWI battle. July 27, 1918. Shapell Manuscript Collection.

The loss of Quentin Roosevelt was accompanied by that of 11 million other soldiers; 116,561 of them, Americans – who, having entered the war “late,” only fought for 18 months, yet died at the same pitiless rate. From July 28, 1914 to November 11, 1918, an entire generation of young men, their heads full of high ideals, were sent to their slaughter. In stupid battles led by stupid generals, they fell in the 25,000 miles of trenches that stretched from the English Channel to Switzerland; on beaches in Turkey, valleys in Palestine, into the freezing water of Denmark’s North Sea. They died in Russia from Belarus to Siberia; in Africa, and China, too. World War I saw the ruin of generations, the destruction of empires, and in its brutality and horror, forever changed the nature of armed combat. It wasn’t, really, a war for Theodore Roosevelt after all.

Answer:

ww2 essay below

Explanation:

In world war 2 there were many people fighting for the right to power over the world, which obviously didn't happen. For example, there was Hitler who rose to power just after world war 1, who wanted anyone who was not like him to be gone and taken to camps to work for him till death, with unruly treatment. There were the allies and axis power. The allies consisted of France, Great Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, and, to a lesser extent, China. The axis power consisted of Germany, Italy, and Japan. Some of the ally team switched from axis and vice versa. After world war 2 which had over 3.4 million tons of bombs dropped on axis powers resulting in 23 billion dollars paid to the United States for all the issues. Since then people have mostly forgiven the Germans, except some who were alive at the time, and others who think Hitler could secretly be alive, under a new name and identity. What do you think, could Hitler have faked his death after being wanted dead by billions of people?
