1. Any business owner has to have leadership in order to have well running business.

2. Day care workers have to be good leaders and have leadership skills because they are showing younger kids right versus wrong. If they are not good positive leaders, and teach or show the kids they watch bad skills, that could result in the kids learning bad stuff and then getting a spanking when they get home by their parents just because they did not know that the daycare worker was not showing them positive leadership skills by doing whats right.

3. Even trash truck drivers need to have good leadership skills by showing everyone to pickup the trash and throw it away instead of just leaving in on the ground.
