Teachers and their union could engage in dialogue to resolve impasse before considering strike as another option.
ii. Notifications and reminders: Teachers and their union should send notifications and reminders to the appropriate authorities and quarters about resolving any impasse before considering strike action. By this, the appropriate quarters would be aware of their expectations and demands.
iii. Warning strike: This involves a short period of strike (e.g two days) to create an awareness about their demands. Teachers and their union could opt for a warning strike in resolving the impasse before considering a general strike.
