I emperor Lee Ming hereby declear that China from henceforth will have an open-door policy towards foreigners. My reasons for this decision are:

1. China needs to grow beyond its borders.

2. In order for this growth to be possible, China needs to learn about other people in other parts of the world.

3. China needs to boost its economy by trading with foreigners

4. Some of these foreign countries can be good millitary allies in times of conflict.

5. By opening our doors to these foreigners, we will have the opportunity to spread our cultures and traditions to different corners of the world.
