Answer:

There are three main types of pottery/ceramic. These are earthenware, stoneware and porcelain.

Earthenware: This type of ceramic is very porous and brittle, so it has to be fired and glazed. Because it is porous however, it is also able to soak up bright colors and produce bold ceramic pieces. Stoneware: This type of ceramic is waterproof, smooth, and has a higher firing temperature than earthenware when out in a kiln. Porcelain: This type of ceramic is one of the most durable types, and is commonly used for purposes such as dinnerware, bathroom toilets and sinks, and dentistry (fillings for cavities). It also has a high firing temperature, is translucent, and no-conductive after firing.

Kitty [74]

Effective teamwork benefits a kitchen environment by establishing greater systematization and organization. A kitchen environment whose team is integrated, manages to establish the assembly systems and delivery of dishes correctly, in the right quality and time.

On the other hand, a team whose teamwork is weakened, there is greater disorganization that can generate errors, conflicts and delays in delivery.

Importance of team leadership

The leader of a team aims to mediate between the group, looking for ways to make the team integrated and motivated. It is also necessary to provide feedback and help with the needs of the group.

Therefore, it is necessary that in any work environment, such as in a commercial kitchen, respect and self-respect is demonstrated by each team member through:

 • Responsibility
 • Ethics
 • Commitment

Which stylistic devices are used in these lines?
nadezda [96]
Metonymy
Personification
Simile
Paradox
Before we can decide which of the above literary devices Milton used in his poem, On His Being Arrived to the Age of Twenty-Three (1631), we must first understand all of our options.

First, let's consider metonymy. Metonymy means to substitute one word for another which has attributes associated with the overall idea being conveyed. For example, when we say, "He was fishing for information," the word "fishing" represents stealth and the idea of someone slyly collecting information by luring out what they want to know. Other examples of metonymy are, "She really hogged the microphone!" and, "The pen is mightier than the sword."

The second option, personification, is a technique whereby an author turns a thing or an idea into a person by giving it human qualities or personality traits. Things in nature are oftentimes personified in poetry and prose. Some good examples of personification are, "The sun smiled upon the fields," and "The angry ocean swallowed the ship whole."
