It would be the third option. The key is to look at the end. Edu is for educational purposes and it has to be correct so it reliable. Org is organization which would be reliable just because they are not using it to make profits. Com can be used for anything which could be sketchy. Finally you have gov which is the government and you know for sure it has to be true or they won't post it.
