Answer:

\boxed {\boxed {\sf D. \ The \ two \ substances \ have \ the \ same \ mass \ as \ the \ mixture}}

Explanation:

The Law of Conservation of Mass states that matter/mass cannot be created or destroyed.

In a chemical reaction, this means that the mass of the reactants has to equal the mass of the products.

In this case:

  • The reactants are the two substances.
  • The product is the mixture.
  • They have to have the same mass

Therefore, the best answer choice is <u>D: The two substances have the same mass as the mixture. </u>

Well in my actual opinion I think that may be hard because the inside of a egg taste good when u fry it or bake it, but the shell is just way too fragile to close it with, an egg is a shell holding the storage inside of it, so most likely u cant honestly protect it because concrete floor will definitely break it since its pure hardness is stronger, (has more mass than the shell) so technically u cant protect it at all, one way that I think u can do it is if u put it inside soft cuddly pillow or even this wool cloth, from sheep ball and place it in there, also put feathers or wool around it while its in the ball, and drop it and it shouldn't crack.
