Having your own educational philosophy allows you to have a very clear focus and goals within your profession. This optimizes your work and allows you to work in a very organized and focused way, encouraging the positive points of education and being able to identify and combat the negative points. This allows your classes to be fruitful, clear and stimulating for students as the educational focus makes your work more fluid and natural, since you know the goals you want to achieve.

This naturalness and fluidity conveys good feelings for students who will associate them with the way you teach. In this way, students will be able to identify how education is profitable, fun and good. This insight may even stimulate a love of education capable of creating a new generation of educators and teachers.
