Umm.... I think either kiri or bakugou for me personally I feel like kiri would comfort me and bakugou would try to distract me or get me out of my head, also I have a tip for me when get an attack I like to listen to my favourite songs and try to imagine the mv especially dynamite it gets me back to reality
Not sure...Izuku is awkward at somewhat cheering people up, Tamaki has experience with panic attacks, yet he'd be panicking as well just to make somebody smile. I honestly think Kiri is your best bet.
