What if we didn't have Amendment 6?

History
2 answers:
jekas [21]3 years ago

Answer:

The justice system could be HORRIBLE if the USA did not have Amendment 6. The person who is getting a trial would be affected mentally and the drawn-out trials that could happen without it could also cause the person to have an unfair trial. Also, expenses for legal bills would spike. Finally, it would become unfair. Amendment 6 also calls for an impartial jury, this makes it as fair as possible, without it, many people could be behind bars without a real reason.

Hope that helps, have a good day!

Its sheer physical size shouldn’t be underestimated, however. It grew to around 1.93 million square miles, containing about 21 per cent of the world’s population (by an estimate) at its greatest extent in the early second century.
