The answer that I got was 15.
You start by setting the angles equal to each other, because they are verticle angles. You then distribute 11 to get 11y + 110 = 4y - 5.
You then just have to simplify, which I got -105 = -7y.
You can multiply each side by -1 to make them positive and divide 7 by 105 to get 15.
