English

Answer:

The thesis statement usually appears near the beginning of a paper. It can be the first sentence of an essay.

Explanation:

For example: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are the best type of sandwich because they are versatile, easy to make, and taste good. In this thesis statement, you see that I state my opinion (the best type of sandwich) and why I stated my opinion (versatile, easy to make, and taste good).

B C and D are all good answers but most likely it would be D because the writer of a diary isn’t expecting to have their work published.

I think the answer would be C. an angry state of mind

The points A, B, and D are different definitions from those of "a feeling or state of mind." That being said, they would not be alternate defintions. Also, "an upset or angry state of mind," comes with the primary definition, meaning C. would be an alternate definition.

vovikov84 [41]
When you infer you are making an educated guess about something or a topic your reading. When it comes to reading you want to make a logical guess about what you think the story is about
