Shivering with cold and anxiety, Lena felt like going home but she knew that she would not be able to sleep until she had $\sf\blue{seen}$ Helen and spoken to her. She had to ask her about $\sf\pink{the}$ diamond locket which she had seen that afternoon.

Every time a car pulled $\sf\purple{up}$, she stared hard, trying to see if $\sf\green{it}$ was Helen's car. An hour passed and then two. The lit up windows in the building began to darken, one $\sf\purple{by}$ one. At two o'clock in the morning, she finally decided to give up. As she was just getting up to go home, she saw Helen's flashy sports car $\sf\red{turn}$ around the corner and slide into a parking bay.
