the treatment slaves received depended on the personality of the individual owner, not the slave codes. true or false?
il63 [147K]
False

Slave codes were laws and generally had nothing to do with how a slave owner treated the slaves. Most people who owned slaves saw them as property and so 's they treated them as property. Slavery in it's self is wrong and this was true with American slavery. The American form of slavery was very cruel because it not only enslaved people but took away every thing that they were. Their name, language, religion, and culture was taken from them.

John Maynard Keynes and Karl Marx would agree most about the about the answer to which question
Taya2010 [7]

The question which both John Maynard Keynes and Karl Marx would agree most about would be D. Do free-market economies create problems for workers?

What is a Free Market?

This refers to the economic system where there is limited government interference and price is determined by private businesses.

Hence, we can see that based on the economic views of both Keyes and Marx, they both questioned capitalist production and they would likely ask the question in option D because it would show how efficient it is for workers.
