The formula for the perimeter of a rectangle is:
2 (l + w)
Or just basically add up all measurements of length and width IF given (the shape we have is a rectangle so the other 2 measurements must be 4 meters also)

Use the formula:
2 (4 + 4) = 16

No units are included, so 16 is your answer.
