Answer:

Frozen flowers create an image of chilliness, frigid temperatures, and cold. The flowers are given a human trait personification that helps the reader imagine that they dream during the winter when they are dormant. Cherish may cause us to think of how precious and fragile flowers are, especially the first to bloom in the spring. Kaleidoscopes and palettes create an image of a burst of colors. Meadow makes one think of a rural setting where wild animals might graze. Resurrection some of us could see a visual of springtime and its theme of resurrection. Perennial flowers appear to come back to life.
