If it is a monarchy, it is a bloodline so it is more likely that they were trained, so yes, it is okay. But in a democracy, it is not okay for someone to have absolute power because then that means they have destroyed what the US has tried to keep for hundreds of years, and that it probably would have been a forceful leadership.
