Answer:

Perhaps so that other scientists in the future will be able to see if there were any flaws in the result because of the experiment. We can also use that experiments when we have different factors in the same experiment to see how the result might differ. In the future something might change or an advance in technology and repeating an experiment can help us learn from our answer before.
