How do water get from the ocean to the water faucet?
ICE Princess25 [194]
Known as the water cycle, sea water evaporates and forms rain clouds. These clouds rain on land, and the rain water flows downhill. Eventually, the water will reach the sea and the cycle will continue. But, some water is captured in reservoirs, or naturally top-up the underground water level, wells, springs, etc. Reservoir water is treated by settling to remove silt, and aerating, etc, and is then piped as drinking water to our household taps.

Recount the stages of Johnson's escalation of the Vietnam War up to 1967. Why did the conflict become a "quagmire"?
Jobisdone [24]

At firs Johnson sent advisers and gave weapons to the South Vietnamese so that they fight the North Vietnamese.  Later on U.S. bombers bombed parts of North Vietnam and ground troops were committed to assist the South.  More and more troops were being sent until the U.S. became deeply involved in the conflict.  When public support decreased, the U.S. began its withdrawal from South Vietnam.

If you are born in the US, you are an American citizen. However, that's not the only way to become one -  you can also become naturalized, meaning that you either marry an American and get spouse citizenship, or work there for a certain period of time so you can apply for citizenship. These other options (C and D) don't affect your citizenship at all.
