As a POC, I personally see it as standing their ground. Feelings that they’re probably experiencing is anger, injustice, possible even scared or nervous.

I believe the answer would be: increase in children with unmarried mothers. just because the mother is unmarried does not mean the child is at risk of malnutrition or bad health, nor does it mean that they're less likely to be malnourished or in bad health.
a decrease in children living in poverty positively impacts health safety and nutrition of children, decrease in children with two married parents negatively impacts health safety and nutrition, and increase in children w/ an incarcerated parent negatively impacts health safety in nutrition in children.
