My dear besties,

I hope you are doing well and healthy. I am also doing fine.

I wanted to tell you about the new phone that I've just bought.

So, I bought the latest iPhone and I am so excited to use it. I just simply love it, and the features are so mind-blowing. The camera works so well and you will definitely love it too.

But most of all, I wanted to tell you something more important.

My sister's wedding is next month and I want you both to be present here. Plan your days so that you will be free for the whole week of that wedding. The wedding is to take place on the 25th of June, 2019 and I expect you both to be here, no matter what. No excuses.

Do write to me whenever you have time. Mom and dad send their love.

Take care and will see you soon.

Lots of love,

Lily.

Which of the following best reveals the tone of a story?
ycow [4]

[] Answer []

Point of view

[] Explanation []

The tone in a story is the view or perspective from which the story is told. If the story is told in the view of the villain's side, then the tone would definitely change. If the tone is told from the hero's perspective, then the tone would be different as well. The point of view reveals the tone because depending on who's point of view you are reading about or from, the mood will have changed. This is why some author's write a chapter in one person's point of view, then write the next chapter in the next person't point of view. The tone is based on the point of view.
