Yes, i agree that an addition to social media can negatively influence the social skills of young people because through social media, cyber bullying has become a huge issue and children are made to feel like they’re not worth it and not good enough. Teenagers tend to use pictures that are filtered and changed because they feel like they are not pretty enough and it makes them feel worse in real life and more anxious and less confident. Therefore i believe that social media influences young people greatly and can lead them to becoming less social and anxious.
