I would first think about the price, and how much I would pay monthly. Then, I wouldn't just think of if I have the money now, but will I be using up all that I have? This wouldn't be wise because what if something important came up like hospital bills? I wouldn't want to do a loan. If I had the money and enough money saved for other things then I would by the car. Brand and year would be important to consider.
