Studies have shown that eating more fruits and vegetables prevent many diseases, even though I know this. I would rather eat candy bars and French fries than broccoli and cauliflower. After reading my Bible, I am reminded that my body is a temple and I must take care of it. As a result, I will eat healthier foods. This is my was of honoring God by taking care of one of his creations—me!
