Answer:
"Lily!" he yelled across the garden. She knew all too familiar who the voice belonged to. It came from her enemy, Chayse. She wasn't in the mood to deal with him right now. She was stressed out enough with midterms coming up, and he was her biggest enemy, always making fun of her. He ran up to her and stopped in front of her, out of breath. "I-I just wanted to bring you a rose.." he stammered. "He's nervous.. why?" she thought. She sighed tiredly and accepted it slowly, his face beaming with happiness when she accepted it. "I was wondering.. do you want to try and start over, be friends?". He registered the shock on her face, then turned to leave when she rearranged her face to show no emotion. "Sure." That was the last thing he heard as he was leaving, the faintest hint of a smile on his face.
A few days passed before she saw him again, this time noticing him standing at his locker. She walked up to him and apologized for how she acted the other night. "I was a little out of line. I was just tired and stressed out because of midterms. I hadn't had anything to eat that night and was running on 3 Redbulls." "It's okay, I get that. Do you still have the rose I gave you?" he asked. "Yeah, I have it taped on my mirror. Thanks, it's really pretty." she responded. "Hey, I was wondering.. do you maybe want to go out with me sometime? As friends of course, just to get to know each other." he asked her. "Yeah, I'd like that." She smiled and walked away, waving goodbye as she left.

The correct answer is a democratic leader.
A democratic leader will frequently discuss decisions with the team before making a decision. In this way, everyone has a say in what happens.
Although allowing everyone to have a say slows down the decision-making process, this type of leadership helps foster a satisfactory working environment.
