I'm being asked how that Serafin acts before thinking when saving Tobe. The answer is that he jumps in the river before thinking what danger he could be in. to prove that I will this quote. Serafin was stunned to realize he was drowning.” This shows that he went in and did not think of the possibility of him drowning. That is how he acted without thinking
